Right to Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

• Via Your Customer Account (Recommended): Log in at sartiajewelry.com and submit a self-service return request directly from your order history.
• Via Email: Contact us at info@sartiajewelry.com with your name, order number, and the items you wish to return.

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued.
